About

TMOD output experiential Australian design. Led by multidisciplinary artists Georgie Swift and Milenka Osen, TMOD’s interactive stationary and jewellery stories have transfixed a cult following.

After graduation from The College of Fine Arts (COFA, UNSW), the duo established TMOD as a vehicle to explore design boundaries and challenge expectations of functionality and purpose. Blending materials and processes, TMOD’s manifesto is to design without constraints. Across graphic, fashion and product design they celebrate the unexpected and consider the experience of every design outing. Their animated products trigger emotions, transport feelings and create memories.

Debut jewellery collections showcased their fun aesthetic, and informed expansion into interactive stationary lines including: ‘scratchie’ gift cards, cut and stitch, dot-to-dot and paper airplanes. In 2009 and 2010 TMOD featured in the top 10 for The SOYA Spirit of Youth Awards for emerging creative talent, in the Industrial & Object Design category. They have exhibited at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art for Oxfam Australia and a percentage of their ‘Poetry in Braille’ series was donated to Vision Australia. Across all outputs, TMOD progress with a vision to integrate social and environmental responsibilities with modern culture and design adventures that make you smile.

TMOD’s jewellery and cards are currently stocked online and at boutique fashion stores and galleries throughout Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
