The Veggie Patch Van aka SPUD, is receiving the finishing touches (we are hand painting and doing the signage) and will be on the roads in the coming weeks. In the mean time, you can check SPUD out in the latest issue of Frankie Magazine where TMOD’s Georgie Swift and Milenka Osen share what it takes to conceptualise a food van – from sourcing eco-friendly materials, converting a diesel engine to run on vegetable oil, using the sun (aka solar power) to generate power, to designing a seasonal menu.
