What payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are made via either Direct Payment Services or Paypal. Both options use the latest secure technology and fraud protection.
If you are not comfortable purchasing online, that’s fine. We also offer a number of other convenient payment options including phone/fax your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), direct deposit, personal cheques and money orders.
Please note that some payment methods, such as Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque, are not necessarily instant transactions and will not be sent until the funds have been cleared. If you require your order sent immediately, we recommend credit card transactions.
How do I cancel my order?
After you have clicked “Confirm Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to it. To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us – please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Our stock levels are very accurate. However, rarely the product you ordered may not be in stock. We will contact you immediately to let you know if this occurs.
Back to topWhat are the shipping times?
ALL orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post. Except Wrapping Paper, which will be sent in a tube in normal post.
Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centers in Australia and two business days for some harder to reach rural areas. Tuesday shipments will arrive to you by Wednesday or Thursday. TMOD ships once weekly on Tuesdays, your order will need to be placed by midnight on Monday to ensure dispatch on Tuesday.
Back to topWhat if the goods I have received are faulty?
In the rare case that you receive a faulty/damaged product upon delivery, simply contact TMOD and we will organise to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. Customers can follow the same procedure for returns in the TMOD policy above.

Yes. We need you to register an account, to purchase items online. This makes it easy for shipping and for future purchases.
TMOD may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify TMOD immediately at the following e-mail address info@tmod.com.au. You should also view our Privacy Policy.

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside Australia. For all Australian orders a sales tax of 10% does apply. All prices on our Australian website include 10% Sales Tax at check out. International users will have the correct price always displayed to them.

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. All payments are processed via e way's secure online payment facility.

Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. Please contact us for further details on international shipping rates.
Back to topWhat happens if I want to order pre order stock and available stock at once?
We do allow for pre ordering on new product ranges to ensure our customers receive our stock as soon as it hits the shelf, please note you will need to make a separate order form for available stock, this does mean you will need to pay postage for each order. Otherwise available products will not be shipped out until the new stock arrival date.
