TMOD TERMS & CONDITIONS-

JEWELLERY RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY-

TMOD offer refunds within 7 days of the shipping date.  
Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for store credit.

FULL PRICED items can be returned for store credit or for a refund to the method of payment. All full priced items can be returned within 7 days of the shipping date for a credit card refund. 


SALE ITEMS can be exchanged for colour, size or store credit only.

If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit. 


Clients must follow the official TMOD policy as stated here below:

WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must contact info@tmod.com.au with a written request to return the item (s) within 7 days from the date of shipping. The written request must include the item invoice number  the item name and size to be returned  and the number  of  item(s) to be returned along with a description  detailing  the nature of the  return.

  • ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent with the invoice and packaged in an orderly fashion.
  • RETURN SHIPMENT FEES: The Client is responsible for shipment of the returned item and any eventual import fees.

 

TMOD reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise. TMOD  reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of TMOD and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. TMOD reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

If the authorized returned item(s) pass re-entry inspection, the Customer will receive a confirmation of the return from info@tmod.com.au. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

If the Customer requests a refund, the refund less the original shipping charges (and any re-stocking fees), will appear on the Client’s Credit Card statement within two billing cycles. The billing cycles may differ from Credit Card to Credit Card.

STATIONARY RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY-

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide refunds, credits or exchanges for purchases. We ensure that all orders are carefully packed and checked before been sent out, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

If the customer receives defective merchandise, the exchange item will be sent to the Client free of charge. TMOD reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns.

WARRENTY RETURNS-

In the rare case that you receive a faulty/damaged product upon delivery, simply contact TMOD and we will organise to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. Customers can follow the same procedure for returns in the TMOD policy above.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY-

TMOD uses Australia Post for all our local deliveries. 

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the item you buy at TMOD is available at the time of sale we do not carry large stock reserves of some of our international brands. This can result in a very rare delay with your order however we will always let you know ahead of time if there is any kind of hold-up. 



TMOD SHIPS WORLDWIDE-

For International orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail and Registered Post International, please allow between 5–10 working days for delivery. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time, please email us asap at info@tmod.com.au

As per laws regulating international commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item in Australian dollars. Discounted items reflect discounted prices.

SHIPPING COSTS-

We charge a flat rate of AUD $8.20 for every order regardless of quantity delivered within Australia.

Free shipping for orders over $50 ( before GST and shipping ) for delivery within Australia regardless of quantity.

International orders are done by weight and region- please email us and we will organise freight charges per individual transcation. Sorry for any inconvenience with this.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES-

ALL orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post. ( Except Wrapping Paper, which will be sent in a tube in normal post.) Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centers in Australia and two business days for some harder to reach rural areas. Tuesday shipments will arrive to you by Wednesday or Thursday. TMOD ships once weekly on Tuesdays, your order will need to be placed by midnight on Monday to ensure dispatch on Tuesday.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY -

TMOD is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-5 business days; in the very rare event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.   

PRICING POLICY-

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 19th October 2011. Product prices are regularly updated when the prices of items change. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price. 

GST-

Shipments within Australia are calculated inclusive of  10% GST . All other countries are GST exempt.The prices of the products published on the web site TMOD reflect the actual retail price of the goods which  are inclusive of  10% GST.

Orders shipped outside of Australia are  exempt from 10% GST. The order will be calculated online LESS the 10% GST and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption. Shipments outside of Australia can be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of the above local taxes and custom fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
